Orders that are ready before 2 PM (Cash on Delivery in Karachi, or advance-paid orders once fully paid) are dispatched the same day, business days only. Books we source for you usually take 1–2 business days to reach us first.

All comics, manga and graphic novels are paid in advance — in every city, Karachi included, so Cash on Delivery is not available on them. We order them in specially for you.

They are delivered in 4 working days after your payment is confirmed.

We ship via TCS and Leopards Courier — reliable nationwide coverage. A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.

Books are wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed in rigid mailers or boxes — no bent corners, no moisture damage.

Within Karachi — Rs. 350, and free on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more.

All other cities — Rs. 500. Free delivery is not available outside Karachi at present.

Delivery is charged once per order, even when your books ship from more than one of our suppliers.

Cash on Delivery is available in Karachi at no extra charge.

Orders to other cities, and orders with used books, specially-printed (print-on-demand) books or comics and manga, are paid in advance by bank transfer — the full amount, or a 50% advance with the balance paid before dispatch. We dispatch once the order is fully paid.

WhatsApp us at 0313-2770017 within 48 hours with a photo and your order code (e.g. BM-0042). We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

We accept returns on undamaged books within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was sent in error.

We do not take card payments, so there is no card payment to reverse — we send your money back directly by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.

If you paid in advance and we cannot supply a book, we take it off your order and refund anything you paid above the new total (delivery is worked out again on the new total). If we cancel the whole order, we refund everything you paid.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of the returned book reaching us, once we have checked its condition. We will ask for your account or wallet details when the return is approved.
