BookMaster.pk is owned and operated by Bayan Sync (SMC-Private) Limited, a single-member company limited by shares, registered in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 2017. Bayan Sync is the parent company that holds BookMaster's shares, and it is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order history. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.

To process and deliver orders, send confirmation/dispatch emails, respond to support queries, and improve our catalogue. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

We use cookies to keep your cart intact and to measure site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect cart functionality.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed. We do not take card payments and never store card information. Payment is Cash on Delivery in Karachi, or bank transfer.
